Amy implemented two successful campaigns from the Northern NSW region including Byron Bay Coffee Company and Satiate Restaurant in Bangalow. Managing a key photo shoot for BBCC Rainforest Alliance Coffee products, Amy secured extensive media coverage in fine food magazines and newspapers.  The campaigns were executed with a strategic publicity plan and marketing activity which resulted in securing maximum coverage in over 30 radio and print sources including the Weekend Australian, The Sunday Times, The Bulletin. Campaigns additionally involved photography, sponsorship activity and website development.
